VP - Client LifeCycle Management - KYC Team
The VP - Client Lifecycle Management - KYC Team will be responsible for:Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of KYC Analysts and AVP's, providing guidance on complex cases and ensuring quality output and be the point of escalation.
- Maintain oversight of the end-to-end KYC process, supporting timely and accurate reviews of KYC records.
Stakeholder Management / Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between KYC rolling review and front office teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment and appropriate management of expectations
