School Administrator
A welcoming Primary School in the London Borough of Bexley is looking to appoint a professional and organised School Administrator to join its friendly office team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and takes pride in providing first-class administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office while acting as one of the first points of contact for parents, visitors and staff.
Responsibilities include managing reception, answering telephone and email enquiries, maintaining pupil records, processing admissions paperwork, coordinating attendance information and supporting senior leaders with a wide range of administrative duties.
You will organise meetings, prepare correspondence, maintain confidential records, update school databases and assist with the administration of school events throughout the academic year.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and the confidence to manage multiple priorities while delivering a welcoming and professional service.

Requirements
Previous school administration experience desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience using school management systems desirable
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Friendly, professional and proactive approach
