About the Role
We are seeking a proactive,service-driven Facilities Coordinator to join our teamin London. This role is key to ensuring our workplace is welcoming, safe,and operating at the highest standards for all building users.
As the first point of contact for many visitors andstaff, you’ll be the face of excellent service, responsible for the faultlessupkeep of your allocated floor area and maintaining a positive environment thatreflects our values.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the assigned floor area is maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Provide a professional, friendly and effective Reception service, ensuring appropriate security awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all building users and visitors.
- Take ownership of issues, resolving or escalating them promptly and effectively.
- Enforce site rules and standards, particularly around Housekeeping, Security, and Health & Safety.
- Act as a key liaison for facilities-related issues, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a facilities, front-of-house, or customer service-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Familiarity with basic Health & Safety and building management protocols is desirable.
- A professional, polished approach and a can-do attitude.
