Litigation Solicitor
Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
Draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and prepare court documents.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Accurately record all chargeable and non-chargeable time.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate file management.
Contribute to business development and networking activities as required. Requirements: 4+ years’ PQE.
Ability to independently manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
Excellent client care skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
Strong commercial awareness.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
Collaborative and supportive attitude toward colleagues
