Senior Project Manager

A prestigious, independent construction consultancy based in Central London is seeking a confident and technically strong Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a growing portfolio of commercial fit-out, high-end residential, and hospitality projects across the capital.

The Senior Project Manager will join a team known for delivering some of London's most recognisable and design-led schemes, working in a client-facing capacity from concept through to completion. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Project Manager who has strong JCT contract administration experience and enjoys working within high-quality, fast-paced environments.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of complex fit-out, refurbishment and new build schemes, typically ranging from £5m-£50m in value.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects

Administering JCT contracts across a range of procurement routes

Managing design teams and driving consultant coordination

Overseeing risk, programme and cost performance

Building and maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Reporting at senior level internally and externally

The Senior Project Manager

Degree qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related field

5+ years' experience within a UK consultancy environment

Strong JCT contract knowledge essential

Background in commercial fit-out, hospitality, or residential sectors

MRICS, MAPM or working towards desirable

Excellent communication and leadership skills
