Founded in 2017 by power traders, Pexapark has facilitated over 40,000 megawatts of transactions and currently serves more than 250 customers across Europe and the US.

The Role

Do you enjoy building and maintaining a strong ICT infrastructure across hardware and software? Do you like supporting a diverse, international team across Asia, Europe, and the US, making sure IT enables them to do their best work rather than getting in the way? Then this could be your opportunity.

As ICT Operations Manager at Pexapark, you will ensure our global team has smooth, secure access to the tools and technologies they need. You will manage hardware and software procurement, oversee device management programmes, and keep our IT infrastructure robust, efficient, and reliable. You will be the main point of contact for employee support, remote troubleshooting, inventory, and security.

You will also manage key platforms such as Azure Office 365, Slack, Atlassian, and other core systems, working with specialist teams on Salesforce and HR software. If you are passionate about technology, productivity tools, and helping a high-growth company scale sustainably, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Pexans have secure, reliable, and capable ICT equipment. This includes managing our office infrastructure, running our device management programme for Windows and Mac, and overseeing procurement and inventory
  • Manage our Office 365 tenant, including provisioning, single sign-on integration with third-party tools such as Slack and Atlassian, and the ongoing administration of these tools
  • Provide internal ICT support and maintain our internal knowledge base, as well as our AI-based internal support bot
  • Manage external partners to ensure high-quality ICT support and service across multiple European geographies where on-site presence is required
  • Maintain strong security practices across our ICT landscape
  • Stay up to date with developments in the technology space to ensure we leverage the best available technologies and tools

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong background in IT infrastructure management, including networking, device management, and cloud services, particularly Office 365 and Azure
  • Proficiency in system integration and identity management, such as provisioning with SCIM and single sign-on via OIDC or SAML
  • Experience managing IT security across networks, devices, and services, with a strong understanding of how tooling can support a consistent, highly automated, and preventative security routine
  • Experience with AI and automation technologies, ideally with a proven track record of implementing solutions to optimise IT infrastructure and services, including internal IT support
  • Experience with Intune and or Jamf, as well as remote management and monitoring tools, is a strong advantage
  • A good sense of humour
