As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with expert practitioners, support high-attaining pupils, and deliver targeted academic interventions. You will gain exposure to lesson planning, behaviour strategy, assessment and pastoral care — equipping you with the tools to progress confidently into teacher training.
