Head of Marketing EMEA & ROW

Reporting into the regional General Manager, the Head of Marketing EMEA & ROW will own the regional marketing strategy and execution across brand, trade and channel marketing. This role will lead a growing team and work closely with commercial, ecommerce and distributor partners to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and sustainable revenue growth across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a regional marketing strategy that strengthens brand awareness, consideration and loyalty across multiple territories and channels
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns that are locally relevant while remaining consistent with global brand positioning
- Partner closely with ecommerce, sales and distributor teams to align brand activity with commercial objectives
- Oversee regional trade marketing activity, including promotional planning, launches and in-market execution across retail, professional and online partners
- Use insight, data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve marketing impact
- Own regional marketing budgets, ensuring spend is prioritised effectively and delivers clear return on investment
- Act as a brand guardian across EMEA and ROW, ensuring consistent standards, messaging and visual identity with internal teams and external partners
- Build capability across regional and distributor marketing teams by sharing best practice, tools and guidance
- Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability and career progression
Experience Requirements
- Senior-level marketing leadership experience within beauty, skincare or a comparable consumer brand environment
- Proven experience delivering multi-market marketing strategies across a mix of direct, retail and distributor-led channels
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and revenue growth
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, international environment
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence internally and externally at senior level
- Comfortable working with data, insight and performance metrics to inform decision making
- Experience working with European or international markets is essential
- Additional European languages are advantageous but not essential
