Job Description
As an Agile Delivery Manager you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Agile Leads, ensuring excellence in agile delivery across the organization.
This is a remote role but you will need to be based in the UK as the role will involve travel to our Gaming Studios in Manchester
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide a team of Agile Leads, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.
- Agile Expertise: Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Facilitate cross-domain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Project Support: Assist in defining and executing small projects, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation and intervention.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts, ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.
- Proficient in Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of Governance & Assurance principles.
- Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to create and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.
- Experience in talent recruitment, development, and retention.
