Administrative Assistant

Duration: 3 Months fixed term contract
Location: Oxford or London
Role Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through efficient coordination of tasks, communication management, and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing.
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as needed.
- Other routine or ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
Essential Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or previous administrative or office experience.
- Familiarity with standard office procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
