Job description
IIJ Europeでは、エンタープライズ顧客向けにネットワーク・セキュリティ・クラウドの設計・構築からプリセールス支援、エンジニア育成まで一貫して担うシステムエンジニアを募集します。
日本語がネイティブの方を募集しておりますので、海外渡航が必要な際はVISA・渡航費をサポートいたします。
主な業務:
• Cisco/Juniper機器を用いたLAN/WAN/ファイアウォール設計・実装・ドキュメント作成
• プリセールス提案書作成、工数見積もり、営業部門との連携
• 顧客要件管理、関係構築、エスカレーション対応
• システム統合サービス提供、リスク評価・軽減、ナレッジ移転
• サードパーティベンダー管理と品質保証
• 1～3次サポート業務とサービスデスク改善
必須:
• Cisco/Juniper実務5年以上（OSPF, BGP, VPN）
• Windows AD/DHCP/DNS/GPO運用経験
• 500名規模以上多拠点環境の導入経験
• ビジネスレベル英語＋ネイティブレベル日本語
• 高いコミュニケーション力・意思決定力
