We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to help deliver exceptional dishes based on the refined menus of a Master Chef winner! . What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following a bespoke chef-led menu

• Work across various sections and support kitchen operations

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

• Collaborate with the team to deliver consistently outstanding service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen

• A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and beautifully crafted dishes

• Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards

• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
