Here's what you'll do during a typical day:- Supervise room service operations: Oversee and participate in daily room service operations, including ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the room service experience
- Guide the team through each shift: Provide hands-on supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor room service team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Contribute to revenue growth: Assist with implementing marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques to promote room service sales and maximize profitability
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
