The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the school’s IT infrastructure. You will provide hands-on technical support for staff and students, ensuring that all technology is functional, reliable, and secure.

Providing first-line technical support to staff and students.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals.

Supporting the rollout of new IT initiatives and digital learning tools.
Maintaining accurate records of technical support requests and system updates.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in IT support, technician, or helpdesk roles.
Knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
