The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, developing new and existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a self-run recruitment desk
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Business development and sales activity
- Working closely with a high-performing team
About You
• Minimum of 2 years experience in permanent 360 recruitment
• Recruitment background within professional services (real estate, banking, financial services, finance, legal, or similar)
• Confident, client-facing communicator
• Team player with a commercial mindset
