Receptionist Role - Brent Primary School - March start
We are working with a high-performing primary school in Brent to appoint a Part-Time Receptionist for a permanent position. Starting this March, the school is looking for a specialist to work mornings (8:00 am – 1:00 pm) to support the busy start of the school day.
About the School This is a modern, three-form entry primary school in Brent with an "Outstanding" Ofsted rating. The school is known for its innovation and its use of technology to streamline parent communication. The office team is professional and forward-thinking, providing a tranquil and efficient environment for staff to work in. It is an inclusive school where every member of the support staff plays a role in the students' educational journey.
The Role
Manage the morning rush of parents and pupils, dealing with queries efficiently.
Update the school's communication portal with daily notices and alerts.
Maintain an organised and professional reception and waiting area.
Assist with the administration of school trips and extracurricular clubs.
Requirements
Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Experience with school communication apps (e.g., ParentPay, SchoolGateway).
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary £29,808 – £31,530 per annum, pro-rata (Scale 2–3, Inner London).
