Operations Associate (Partnerships)

As an Operations Associate, you will be the first line of contact for all InPost locker and shop landlords. You will manage our relationship with our partners, working through any complaints or escalations they might have, as well as any operational issues that are resulting in customer complaints.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage your own caseload of landlord enquiries and complaints that have been assigned to you by your manager.
- Assist account managers by providing support on multi-site chain accounts.
- Handle queries and complaints from landlords over the phone and ensure our partners receive excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Network Health team to help resolve technical issues at lockers by being the point of contact for landlords.
- Liaise with logistics to resolve access issues and refusals at InPost locations.
What we need from you:
- Personable and positive attitude
- Ability to pick up new processes quickly
- Excellent communication and call handling skills
- Great attention to detail
- Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential
- Zendesk and Pipedrive experience is preferred but not essential
