Role

We are currently looking for an Event Sales Manager to join the Events Sales team at Rosewood London. Our Event Sales Manager is appointed to liaise with a wide range of partners to meet the needs, and exceed the expectations, of our clients and guests to make Rosewood London the favourite choice of meeting and events bookers with a focus on social events.

Key expectations of this role are

• Fully managing all social event bookings, from contract handover to completion, including food & beverage and bedroom elements.
• Converting incoming enquiries and recognising upselling opportunities to actively maximise revenue in all areas.
• Planning all event and hotel experience details with the client.
• Preparing and detail Banquet Event Orders for all functions and floor plans.
• Maintaining relationships with key suppliers in effort to ensure smooth operation and referral business.

Profile

• To possess a thorough knowledge of planning and executing large scale of events in a luxury environment.
• To portrait a high degree of business acumen by continuously striving to maximise revenues.
• Understanding of the function of events sales management systems preferred (Salesforce/Delphi).
• The ability to work well under pressure whilst being able to effectively make independent decisions in the interest of the hotel and its clients.
