US Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Experience: 2+ years professional experience is a plus

Reports to: Sr Manager, Sales Dev & Automation (based in Dublin, Ireland)

Collaborating with our team of US Account Executives

About the Role

Red Sift works with over 2k customers worldwide, in the US we’re working with businesses like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Johnson & Johnson, Comcast, Cisco. We’re looking for an SDR to build out the US market, the highest potential market for Red Sift. We’re looking for a builder to take ownership of this unique challenge.

This is a startup environment where hard workers who take ownership thrive. Reps typically make 80 dials a day and reach out to 20 new clients per day, they are supported by an automated system in the back end with Claude doing account research, writing, persona selection, account mapping on their behalf.

Our team hit 100% of our team target in Q2 2026, and we just hit target again in July. We are looking for reps who will continue to increase the level of performance in our team.

What You’ll Do

• Book meetings with target accounts using phone / email / LinkedIn (with the support of an AI backend system)

• Collaborate with our US account executives to build this market for Red Sift

• Occasional travel to industry events
