Occupational Therapist - Neuro Rehabilitation
Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Lead Occupational Therapist on behalf of its client’s specialist neuro-rehabilitation service in Bexley.
As Lead OT, you will provide both clinical and professional leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on clinical practice within a respected private service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy service within the centre.
- Undertake complex OT assessments for patients with neurological and rehabilitation needs.
- Design, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior OT staff and students.
- Drive service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within a skilled multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally within neuro-rehabilitation or complex care.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
