Your Role

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you won’t be stuck at the back of the room. You’ll be embedded in the classroom , making a direct impact by:

• Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions , boosting student confidence.
• Helping pupils crack tricky concepts and prepare for exams.
• Supporting teachers with lesson planning, resourcing, and innovative teaching strategies.
• Gaining hands-on classroom management experience — the best preparation for teacher training.

This is not a role for spectators. It’s active, challenging, and deeply rewarding .

About You

• A recent Maths graduate (2:1 or above preferred)with ambition to teach.
• Clear, confident communicator who can break down complex ideas.
• Reflective, resilient, and ready to learn from outstanding practitioners.
• Experience tutoring, mentoring, or supporting young people is a bonus.
