Luxury Europe Travel Specialist London hybrid £32k-£33k + excellent comm
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Europe Travel Specialist to join our clients fun and friendly team, hybrid working model. This travel company exemplifies seamless bespoke journeys and personalised experiences, transforming vacations into unforgettable experiences for clients. Destinations includes Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Spain, Turkey and may more diverse and exciting places. Luxury Europe Travel Specialist Duties:
- Using your in-depth knowledge of Europe knowledge of delight each customer from start to finish.
- Creating a range of bespoke holiday types from city breaks to family vacations along with tours and adult holidays.
- Providing excellent service delivery which should be consistently exceptional.
- Promoting repeat business.
- Proactively ensure familiarity with all products promoted on the website, in brochures, magazines and any other marketing collateral, including special offers.
- Attend product training sessions, including participating in company sponsored educational trips.
Essential Requirements for Luxury Europe Travel Specialist:
- Previous travel sales experience is essential from a tour operator or travel agent background.
- Knowledge of Europe and Nordics.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and fun.
