Act as a point of contact during live events, managing last-minute requests with calm professionalism
Work collaboratively with operations teams to uphold the highest service standards
About You
Experience in events coordination or hospitality sales, ideally within a luxury hotel or premium venue
Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple events simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Commercially aware with a service-led mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering memorable, relationship-driven guest experiences
