A welcoming Primary School in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join its friendly and professional office team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who enjoys working in a busy school environment while providing outstanding support to staff, pupils and parents.
Working alongside the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will become a key point of contact for visitors, families and external agencies while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Administration Team
The Administration Team provides efficient operational support across the school, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly while delivering an excellent service to pupils, families and staff.
Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and managing reception.
Answering telephone and email enquiries.
Maintaining accurate pupil records.
Updating the school's Management Information System.
Supporting admissions administration.
Preparing letters and school communications.
Managing incoming and outgoing post.
Organising meetings and appointments.
Maintaining confidential records.
Ordering office supplies.
Supporting attendance administration.
Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks.
Preparing documents and reports.
Supporting school events and parent evenings.
Providing general office support across the school.
Requirements
Previous school administration experience is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience using school MIS systems is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Professional and approachable manner.
Commitment to safeguarding.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
