A successful Primary School in the London Borough of Westminster is looking to appoint an experienced Data Manager to oversee the school's information systems and provide accurate data that supports teaching, learning and strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical professional to become an integral member of a forward-thinking school leadership team.
Working closely with the Headteacher, School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will manage pupil data, assessment information and statutory returns while ensuring all school information remains accurate, secure and compliant.

Data Team
The Data Team provides accurate and timely information that supports school improvement, assessment, attendance monitoring and strategic planning across the school.
Responsibilities
Managing the school's Management Information System (MIS).
Maintaining accurate pupil records.
Producing attendance, assessment and progress reports.
Supporting statutory census submissions.
Analysing pupil performance data.
Preparing reports for senior leaders and governors.
Supporting admissions and enrolment processes.
Monitoring data accuracy across the school.
Ensuring GDPR compliance.
Managing user access and permissions.
Supporting staff with data queries.
Producing performance dashboards.
Assisting with school improvement planning.
Maintaining confidential records securely.
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting systems.
Requirements
Previous Data Manager or school data experience.
Experience using school MIS systems.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Professional communication skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
