✅The Role
You will immerse yourself in different areas of the business to diagnose issues, translate insights into concrete solutions, and own the implementation until impact is realized
Drive Value Creation: Lead high-impact projects in brand and content protection by
- Applying First Principle Thinking to deconstruct complex challenges and design innovative solutions from the ground up
- Defining clear project plans, building robust business cases, and sizing the potential impact of your initiatives
- Managing stakeholders across our divisional structure, ensuring alignment and seamless execution
- Tracking implementation and, most importantly, owning the outcomes until measurable results are achieved
Partner with Leadership: Work alongside senior leaders across the company to deliver on cross-organizational priorities, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of collaboration and radical candor.
Champion Our "Idea Lab" Culture: Act as an agent of change, modeling and promoting our core values of evidence-based debate, constructive challenges, and a low-ego approach to problem-solving.
Lead value creation projects in brand and content protection, including 1) defining plans, 2) designing and sizing solutions, 3) managing stakeholders to ensure implementation, 4) track and, most importantly, manage implementation and impact
✅Essential
- 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or in a strategic project/transformation management role within a fast-growing technology company
- A proven track record of designing and delivering improvement projects with measurable, bottom-line outcomes
- Broad exposure across business disciplines, with a demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering results in a dynamic, matrixed environment
