Client Solutions Manager

This is an incredible opportunity to drive tangible growth, shape marketing strategies, and revolutionize how clients connect with their audiences on a massive scale. This is a 12 month hybrid contract role, 3 days a week in the London office, paying £37.50p/h PAYE + holiday pay.
In this pivotal role, you will forge deep partnerships with our most strategic clients, acting as their consultative expert in marketing, media planning, creative direction, technology integration, and measurement. You will be at the forefront of developing ROI-positive marketing strategies, continuously enhancing advertiser performance, and implementing cutting-edge measurement and attribution solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing complex opportunities, providing invaluable business insights, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction through a data-driven approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a primary partner to strategic clients, ensuring their success by building and managing key relationships.
* Act as a consultative product expert and trusted adviser across marketing strategy, media planning, creative development, technology integration, and measurement.
* Identify, create, and implement innovative marketing solutions designed to achieve measurable business results for clients.
* Develop deep vertical expertise, leveraging industry research and insights to drive overall business objectives and tailor marketing solutions for advertisers.
* Collaborate with businesses to understand their unique objectives and develop comprehensive strategies in partnership with Client Partners, including insights, marketing plans, creative guidance, and measurement recommendations.
* Provide dedicated account management to top clients, focusing on developing, optimizing, and supporting strategic account plans, and leveraging data to craft effective business solutions.
* Lead project management efforts, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to manage complex work streams and optimize client marketing objectives.
* Manage analytics and dashboards to provide clients with daily insights, reporting on performance across multiple accounts and regions.
* Lead strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and various partners (media, creative, measurement, MarTech, etc.).
* Oversee internal account operations, including revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting, and identifying optimization opportunities.
* Manage the planning, execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization of campaigns, monitoring budget spend, leveraging internal analytics, and providing real-time recommendations.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Solid experience in ad sales, marketing, media, and/or consulting.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with multiple organizational layers, both internally and externally.
* Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (e.g., Direct Response marketing, brand marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).
* Strong experience working with numbers, analyzing large datasets, and translating complex data into actionable insights.
* Direct experience working in marketing, media, and/or consulting firms.
* Capacity to lead multiple cross-functional projects with exceptional attention to detail.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently with high intensity and urgency.
* Willingness to travel as needed for client and partner meetings.
* Fluency in English.
