The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for aligning our sales, business development and marketing functions by developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase client and carer acquisition and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or marketing ideally with experience of the healthcare sector although this is not essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales and business development, generating high-quality leads and building strong partnerships.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, managing agencies, social media, PR, and events.
• Champion our brand, ensuring outstanding reputation and client/carer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic sales & marketing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales & marketing (healthcare/home care experience a plus).
• Proven track record of generating leads and delivering business growth.
• Strong digital marketing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for strategy and results.
