What you will do:

* Provide quality social work services to vulnerable children, young people, and their families or carers, aligning with the goals of the Children, Schools & Families department.

* Manage a caseload of Children & Families requiring assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of actions to effectively deploy resources for safeguarding.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

* Support families to enhance their resilience and capacity to care for their children.

* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
