Schools Need Experienced HR Managers
We're regularly contacted by schools in Enfield that need experienced HR Managers who are available immediately.
Sometimes it's short-term sickness cover. On other occasions, a school needs additional HR capacity while recruiting, or simply needs an experienced professional to help manage a particularly busy period.
We're building a pool of school-experienced HR Managers who are happy to take on temporary assignments.
Areas You May Support
The exact responsibilities will depend on the school, but could include:
Managing the school's day-to-day HR function
Advising senior leaders and staff on HR matters
Recruitment and safer recruitment
Employee relations and absence management
Contracts, policies and HR documentation
DBS and compliance monitoring
Maintaining the Single Central Record
Supporting performance, probation and appraisal processes
Managing HR records and systems
Supervising HR or administrative staff where required
You Must Have
We're specifically looking for professionals who can step into a school environment and work independently.
Previous school-based HR management experience is essential, along with:
A clear DBS
DBS on the Update Service, or issued within the past 6 months
Strong knowledge of school HR processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence handling confidential and sensitive matters
Flexibility to accept full-time or part-time assignments
