Electrical Supervisor – Bromley – £60,000 + Package

We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join a growing team in Bromley, offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 + package.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of 5 electricians while also staying actively involved in the work yourself. You’ll ensure high standards across installations, small works, and reactive projects for both commercial and residential clients.

Key responsibilities:

* Oversee and support electrical installs, small works & reactive maintenance

* Supervise a team of 5 electricians, carrying out spot checks and enforcing company policies

* Deliver toolbox talks and regular team meetings

* Monitor performance, produce reports, and oversee apprentice training

* Manage CPD, vehicle checks, and sub-contractor development

What we’re looking for:

* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations

* Proven supervisory experience in an electrical environment
