Are you a confident and experienced KS2 Behaviour Mentor looking for a new opportunity? Do you have a strong understanding of ADHD and a passion for supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional challenges? Are you confident working closely with a pupil in a 1:1 setting within a KS2 class? If so, this could be the ideal role for you! The Role – KS2 Behaviour Mentor We are looking for a dedicated and resilient KS2 Behaviour Mentor to support a pupil in Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis. The role involves working 1:1 with a child presenting behavioural challenges, including ADHD and SEMH needs. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCo to implement targeted strategies that promote engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour. The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and committed to helping the pupil succeed both academically and socially.
