What You’ll Do:

Over 36 months, you’ll rotate through key areas of our Finance function, gaining hands-on experience, technical training, and leadership exposure. You’ll be supported every step of the way by mentors, programme sponsors, and a vibrant early careers community.

You’ll work on real projects that matter, in a team that values collaboration , diversity of thought , and doing the right thing .

Who You Are:

• You hold (or are on track for) a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline
• You’ve got 3 A-Levels (A–C) or equivalent, plus GCSE Maths (A) and English (C)
• You’re curious, driven, and ready to make a difference
