· Provide technical support during fabrication and construction phases, including site visits where required

· Identify and resolve engineering challenges, driving practical and efficient design solutions

· Contribute to design reviews, risk assessments and quality assurance processes

· Mentor and support junior and early-career engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight

· Promote continuous improvement and uphold Kilnbridge’s safety-first and quality-driven culture

What you’ll need

· Near Chartered or Chartered status with ICE or IStructE

· Strong experience in structural design and analysis within consultancy or contractor environments

· Proficiency in design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, IdeaStatica, Robot, ETABS and Tedds

· Solid understanding of relevant codes and standards, including Eurocodes and UK design requirements

· Experience working across project lifecycles from concept through to construction

· Ability to produce clear, accurate and well-structured technical documentation

· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, buildable solutions

· Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

· A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting junior engineers
