The Graphic Designer role is an exciting opportunity to join our Brand team on a 14-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will be an essential part of the team, moving between digital and physical touchpoints in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate to begin in early April 2026 to allow for a full month of handover.

What you’ll do

The ideal candidate will be creative, culturally tuned in, and possess an exceptional taste level.
In this role, you will take ownership of the following essential areas:

  • Figma Proficiency: You will use Figma for almost everything, including designing web assets, emails, paid social ads, organic social posts, presentations, decks, and brainstorming sessions.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: You will be highly proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

  • Motion Graphics: You will create engaging motion assets for social and digital channels using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.

  • Print and Artworking: You have extensive print experience. You will design and artwork window vinyls, large format graphics, hoarding, light-boxes, in-store POS, menus, signage, packaging, vehicle wraps, fly-posters, and event collateral.

  • Organisation: You will use Monday.com to manage your projects, taking full responsibility for updating the statuses of your work in a fast-paced environment with quick turn-arounds.

  • Authorisation: Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel to our London office is required, and rare travel to our Norfolk office may be necessary with travel and accommodation covered by the business.
