Early Career Teacher of Drama | Independent School in Camden

Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational lessons in Drama and Theatre Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting strong outcomes in GCSE examinations.
- Engage fully with a highly structured ECT programme, including weekly one-to-one meetings with the Head of Department (acting as Mentor).
- Make full use of the non-contact time afforded by the ECT reduced timetable to focus on quality lesson preparation and pedagogical reflection.
- Contribute to the school's active theatre production schedule and co-curricular drama clubs.
- Be proactive in seeking and applying professional feedback to continually improve teaching standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) attained by December 2025 (or currently in your first year of induction - ECT1), and an exceptional degree in Drama or Theatre Studies.
