Responsibilities
We’re looking for a high-impact leader to drive strategic partnerships with a focused portfolio of Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Tier 1 Regional Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The primary mission: to develop, scale, and accelerate service-led solutions built on TeamViewer technology across global markets. While domain expertise in remote connectivity, IT support, or the digital workplace is a strong advantage, what’s essential is a track record of success within GSI and Tier 1 MSP ecosystems—and the executive presence to drive joint go-to-market outcomes.
Own executive relationships with key GSI and MSP stakeholders across global and regional teams
Develop multi-year joint business plans and lead strategic alignment sessions
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping shape service offerings and investment decisions
Represent TeamViewer at partner-facing events and global governance reviews

Requirements
10+ years of experience in global partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic alliances
Proven background working directly with GSIs (e.g. DXC, Unisys, Kyndryl, TCS) or Tier 1 MSPs in a business development or partner ownership capacity
Strong commercial acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience developing joint solutions or services in a co-sell model
Deep familiarity with IT service models and digital transformation trends; knowledge of digital workplace, DEX, or remote connectivity is a plus
Excellent collaboration, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with international travel
