Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference in helping social landlords deliver better homes and services to tenants? We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to support a busy team with analysis and project management, working with social housing landlords on the strategic asset management of their homes.

Within a mission-driven social purpose sector, this role provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a unique blend of technical data analysis, project management and client-facing presentation skills within the market leader in Affordable Housing Consultancy. The successful candidate will work closely with social landlords to help them to understand the performance of their social housing portfolio, assisting them in forming the strategic direction of their asset management function and taking action to improve homes for their residents.

Team Overview

The role is based in our affordable housing consultancy team of around 20 people, that primarily advises housing associations, local authorities and for-profit registered providers. The wider team helps these organisations to meet regulatory expectations, manage their assets proactively, acquire and sell tenanted properties, and plan future business directions strategically.

We are located within the affordable housing division, which is the largest and most experienced affordable housing advisory business in the UK. It comprises more than 100 colleagues who deliver valuation, treasury, property surveying and development services.
