Brand & Communications Manager (Hiring Immediately)

We’re doing this by hiring exceptional people and are now looking for a Communications & PR Manager to join our team. We have offices across the UK and Europe and we’re expanding. About the role Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this role leads all external and internal communications owning outcomes most closely linked to awareness, consideration and preference for employees, clients and prospects. The role will have influence over the ideation, design, production and delivery of core communications across the entire business, helping strengthen the brand reputation and driving clarity of benefits, ultimately driving positive engagement. We will carry out individual interviews for shortlisted candidates and assess who is best suited for the role after we have discussed everything with you. Responsibilities Accountabilities Planning and delivery of the Communication roadmap for internal and external engagement Delivering impactful industry and client research, insights, points of view and content via both proactive and re-active publicity in partnership with our PR agency Conception of brand campaigns across our key customer verticals, plus employees and partners Creation and execution of an exec advocacy program that complements the broader communications roadmap Partners Sales and Client Account Managers Marketing Human Resources Public Relations Other 3rd party agencies Design and Copywriting teams Essential Skills Content ideation and production across multiple formats; Able to own a long backlog of communication requirements, prioritising for impact whilst balancing stakeholder expectations; Self-reliant, but takes a collaborative approach; Process-minded and delivery-driven; Astute regarding the wider business strategy and the role brand, communications and content play within it Desirable Skills Mastery of the nuances between digital and traditional media Content creation that sometimes crosses boundaries between brand, demand generation and thought leadership Experience or a keen interest in public affairs / government relations within fintech Confident public speaker A role model for our values: ○ Make it Happen ○ Succeed Together ○ Be the Customer ○ Go Beyond Our investment in you We welcome people into Equals and desire to grow and develop our talented teams.
