Looking for a flexible HR role with real variety? A well-established school in Brent is seeking a highly organised professional to join its HR team on a permanent, part-time basis, starting 11 August 2026.
This position offers broad exposure across recruitment, employee administration, compliance, payroll and staff development, making it an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to strengthen their experience within an education setting.
Where You'll Make an Impact
You'll support a wide range of HR processes, including:
Coordinating recruitment and interview arrangements
Managing new starter administration and pre-employment checks
Maintaining the Single Central Register
Preparing information for monthly payroll
Supporting inductions, probation and exit processes
Maintaining staff records and appraisal documentation
Coordinating CPD and training activity
Producing HR reports and maintaining spreadsheets
Processing HR-related invoices and expenses
Responding to staff queries and directing enquiries appropriately
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be professional, dependable and highly organised, with the ability to manage confidential information and competing deadlines.
CIPD Level 3 or a degree in Law or Business would be advantageous. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, are important. French language skills would also be a bonus.
The Package
£17,694 actual salary (£29,490 FTE)
24 hours per week across 3 days
