What You’ll Be Doing:

* Providing 1:1 classroom support for a Year 7 student with mild ASC

* Encouraging focus, organisation and social confidence

* Assisting with subject-specific tasks, transitions and timetables

* Contributing to classroom planning and feedback alongside teachers

* Observing and reflecting with your line manager weekly
