Being a successful Team Leader in branch is really about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others and your calm, 'can-do' attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction. Whereas knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence of course!), what is more important to us is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
