Associate Pensions ExecutiveAre you looking to build your career in pensions governance and trustee services? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking pensions executive team, working with a wide variety of schemes and clients.The role As an Associate Pensions Executive, you'll play a key part in supporting trustee boards and corporate clients across a range of governance and project work. You'll be involved in:Planning and organising trustee meetings, preparing papers, attending meetings, and taking minutes.Drafting member communications such as newsletters and funding statements.Managing governance documentation including business plans, risk registers, and regulatory filings.Supporting ongoing projects such as annual reports, provider reviews, member-nominated trustee processes, and scheme wind-ups.Working alongside senior colleagues to deliver high-quality trustee services and client support.Building trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and providers.What we're looking for2-5 years' experience in occupational pensions.Strong understanding of pensions governance and a genuine interest in the industry.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).A proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Part-qualified pensions, actuarial, or other relevant professional qualifications (such as APMI) would be an advantage but are not essential.Why join?
