Contract Recruitment Consultant

PCR Digital is an established technology and digital recruitment business with more than 25 years in the market. We're relationship-led, specialist and focused on building long-term partnerships rather than high-volume recruitment.


We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant who wants the autonomy to develop and grow their own specialist desk, with the backing of an established and respected business.
The opportunity


This is not a hot desk and you won't be joining a large sales team with a ready-made list of roles to work.


We're looking for someone who already knows how to develop contract business and wants to build their own desk and market.


You'll bring your experience, network and business development capability. We'll provide the infrastructure around you - an established brand, recruitment technology, sourcing tools, contractor onboarding and payroll, compliance, finance, operations and marketing support.


Our existing consultants have strong reputations across Broadcast & Media Technology, Digital Accessibility, Technology Leadership, Cyber Security and AI, and we're looking for someone who can bring a complementary specialism or customer base.


The exact market is less important than your ability to understand it, build trusted relationships and create commercial opportunities.

What you'll do
You'll own the full recruitment cycle, including:

Developing new client relationships and contract opportunities
Growing and managing your contractor network
Managing recruitment from initial brief through to placement
Developing existing accounts and generating repeat business
Building your profile and PCR Digital's presence within your market
Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities across the business

You'll have:

Proven contract recruitment experience
A strong track record in business development and billing
An established network within a specialist market
Experience winning and developing client relationships
The confidence and motivation to build your own desk
A collaborative, relationship-led approach to recruitment
