Motion and Brand Designer
Role summary
- Location: Commutable into London (looking for 2-3 days in the office)
- Base salary: £30,000-£40,000
The Motion and Brand Designer strengthens AVK’s in-house capability for motion graphics and post-production. The role focuses on editing, animating, and repurposing video content across campaigns, product storytelling, events, and internal communications. It supports scalable content production through product animations and templates and multi-format outputs, working closely with the rest of the marketing team to deliver consistent, high-quality visual storytelling. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communications.
- Create motion graphics and animations that bring AVK's products and brand story to life.
- Repurpose and cut down campaign assets for social, digital, and event channels - ensuring each format lands with impact.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable animation templates and production workflows to support scalable content output.
- Develop 3D product animations and visualisations for technical storytelling and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team and stakeholders across the business to deliver consistent, on-brand visual work.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and relevant post-production tools to deliver polished, broadcast-quality outputs.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in motion design, post-production, or a closely related creative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the wider Creative Suite.
- A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work across multiple formats.
- Experience creating reusable templates and assets that enable efficient, high-volume content production.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadline in a fast-paced environment.
