The Role
Reporting to Senior Partnerships Manager, we are looking for a creative individual with highly competent account servicing skills to support the campaign delivery for major brands and leading fundraising initiatives. This role will be critical in effective delivery for our partners, including brands, corporates and charities.
The role will work closely with senior members of the Partnerships Team in supporting in the organisation of account delivery including management of project plans, account administration such as agenda setting & minute taking, co-ordinating logistical information, report management and data processing. In addition to support on leading accounts, this role will be responsible for some its own accounts focused on sampling activation, ancillary revenue/commission share based partners and charity partners. This role requires effective organisation skills combined with a proactive approach, underpinned by a passion for the impact of our events.
We work with a range of brands, charities and corporates, including adidas, PUMA, HOKA, Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer’s Society, JustGiving, Deliciously Ella, JLL and many others.
Key Responsibilities
- To build and maintain strong relationships with current and new partners (including brands, corporates and charities)
- To support senior members of the team in co-ordination of key partner accounts, including:
- Project Plan management through Monday.com
- Data processing & analysis
- Performance reporting & tracking
- Agenda setting & minute taking
- To lead on own partner accounts creating campaign plans based on partner objectives, with a focus on sampling partners, ancillary revenue partners and charity partners.
- To work with other departments to ensure the delivery and fulfilment of your partner campaigns, such as marketing integration across emails, website and social media.
- To co-ordinate logistical information of partner activations at events, such as kit logistics, supplier management & schedule management.
- Support ancillary revenue streams across the business via existing partner.
- To collate commercially relevant information for reporting to key commercial partners that considers the ROI for the sponsor from a reach and media value perspective.
- To support new business team in providing insights across our events and wider industry.
- To help increase ancillary revenue streams across the business via existing partnerships.
- To attend weekend events as a representative of the A.S.O. UK commercial team and to carry out relevant duties within that event.

Skills and Experience Required
Critical:
- Minimum 2 years professional experience across any sector, including minimum 1 year account/client servicing experience in sponsorship, PR or marketing, preferably within sport sector.
- Experience of: project administration, data processing, data insights, logistical co-ordination.
- Highly competent Microsoft Office ability particularly excel, outlook, powerpoint & word.
- Fluent in english
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution driven approach.
