Support worker- Harrow
As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of our team with a friendly, calm and compassionate approach.
You will provide support and enable our clients to fulfil their ambitions and potential. Together we will ensure we make a positive difference in our client’s lives. Duties and Responsibilities of the Support Worker: To work with the young people according to the individuals needs, providing personal care, encouragement and a high standard of care as planned and directed. To assist in the co-ordination of activities within the Unit and ensure that they are well managed and produce safe and consistent care. To be involved in and organise activities which are in the best interests and meet the needs of those looked after. Training & Development. Administration and report writing. Medication administration. Ensure security of the house, including contents, confidential records, cash, keys, furniture and equipment, residents’ clothing and possessions. To assist management in attending to the health of the service users, arranging medical and dental examinations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene within the home.Recommended Jobs
