Description

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Partner with managers to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.
• Support change management initiatives in a global, matrix–ed environment.
• Deliver HR generalist support, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Analyse HR data to inform strategic decision–making and improve employee engagement.
• Ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation while adapting to local requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to align HR initiatives and share best practices.

Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.
• Up–to–date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from 65,000 to 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent role based in London (2 days in office).
