Senior Sous Chef – Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Location: Near Liverpool Street, London
Pay: £21.55 per hour

We’re looking for a passionate and hardworking Senior Sous Chef to join our corporate hospitality team based near Liverpool Street. If you’re an ambitious chef who loves creating high-quality food and thrives in a professional environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with creativity and consistency

• Help develop seasonal menus tailored to corporate clients and events

• Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen standards

• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

• Passionate about fresh, innovative food and quality presentation

• A hardworking, hands-on team player with strong communication skills

• Reliable, organised, and able to perform well under pressure
