Responsibilities:

• Creating first patterns for our products (bottoms, bras, period underwear and swimwear) based on designers’ sketches and tech packs
• Using Lectra (Modaris or similar) for construction lines, seam allowances, and annotations
• Creating grading rules across sizes, considering body measurements, fabric stretch, and garment consistency
• Conducting fit sessions on mannequins and making adjustments for style, fabric, and production methods
• Supporting sampling and production by reviewing prototypes, providing technical feedback, and ensuring patterns are production-ready
• Maintaining organized pattern libraries and digital archives for all products
• Collaborating with design, product development, and suppliers

Profile:

• At least 3 years' experience in pattern making for underwear, bras, swimwear or period products
• Proficiency with Lectra, Modaris or equivalent
• Very good understanding of grading rules across sizes, taking into account body measurements, fabric stretch, and garment consistency
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong organisational skills
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with design, product development, and suppliers to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards
• Fluency in English
• German or Czech language skills are a plus
